tacchino arrosto – traditional roast turkey with chestnut stuffing and trimmings

bistecca alla barolo – steak cooked to your preference in a red wine and shallot sauce

pollo alla dolce latte – grilled chicken fillet with fresh asparagus wrapped in parma ham and dolce latte cheese

salmoni al tabor – grilled salmon steak served on a bed of aromatic italian rice infused with dill and leeks

all mains will be accompanied with roasted root vegetables

selected grilled vegetables on crostini topped with goats cheese and raspberry coulis
